SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING COST

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated delivery is 3–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Supplier, carrier, weather, holiday, customs, or other unexpected delays may affect delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to update.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly at support@discountshopnow.com. Please include your order number and photographs when applicable so we can review the issue.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
